> Officers say they walked in on a gruesome scene - three people slashed by swords. They were later identified as Franziska Stegbauer, 77, her brother-in-law Adolf Stegbauer, 69, and her grandson, Chris Rondeau, 39.
> Franziska Stegbauer was not breathing when officers arrived at the scene. Adolf Stegbauer was stabbed several times and was in serious condition. Rondeau also received stab wounds but was alert and conscious.
> Police say it appears the two men got into a sword fight. Stab wounds covered their bodies. They believe Franziska Stegbauer tried to stop the two men from fighting when she was injured.

:word: people should resort to sword fighting instead of like driveby shootings and shit. Much more badass. Anybody can squeeze a trigger…it takes a true badass to defeat your enemies with a sword lol.

Meh, there are nicer ways to die, homicidally, but that is pretty bad ass. I want to have a sword fight someday.
Really though…how fucking cool is that? I imagine the 39 year old busting in the door like _BASHHHH_ “WHO WANTS A PIECE OF THIS!?!” and the old man going “I’VE WAITED 30 LONG YEARS FOR THIS DAY…LET’S FIGHT!!!”

That’s sweet! Props to them. A fucking sword fight, that’s awesome.
What kinda swords were they using? Samurai or Medieval? Which one would trump the other in a fight? Would you rather have a light, skinny samurai type sword. Or a heavier but sturdier Conan the barbarian sword?
