The problem is that theyre paying $20 an hour for a job thats equivalent to an $8 an hour Walmart cashier job at the post office. ---

Thats a steal if it was legit because last year I saw a shitty old GMC van ('95 at the newest, old body style) with cleaning equipment in it and not the business itself for $6500 in Glenville. ---

You got a different mind set and you got the cash flow. Odds are against the average startup. Buying an existing business and or flipping things is a different story. Also people with families or existing careers won’t be willing to quit their day job, lose their benefits, retirement and vacation for a startup risky proposition. It’s perfecty logical why most people don’t try to start or run their own business. Also a very big difference between being self employed and owning your own business that’s run without your immediate physical presence. ---

I think at this point anything is risky, no job seems stable. Cossey made a good point, I shred more credit card application/junk mail - want to save? Cut back on that shit.
