no i pay for it. and if i was in an accident and killed some1 i would get sued because i am luisted as the primary driver on the truck. im insured as my own driver, just under my mom’s policy. but, since the Dakota is registered in my mom’s name, the insurance company thinks it’s her truck and she drives it, and i am just listed as the primary driver by default because its the oldest vehicle we own (when its on the road)

Dude, if you pay for it why is she making you wait?
Don’t tell your mom but, she could easily be named in a lawsuit.
