That’s the retarded part about this plan, it’s a flat amount, so some people will be getting FAR more than their “fair share.” It should be a percentage of taxes withheld in 2007, but the problem with that is the IRS is only good at diving into a few people’s affairs at any given time. They could never muster the organizational or manpower to give us a truly equitably tax rebate.
