probably would still stay with the STi or an evo… quick enough, all year driveable, 4 doors & a trunk. oh, and a huge wing for being cool. ---

I was thinking about this while driving home for lunch today. I guess it depends on a few things. 1. Do I have to pick this car on my current budget? 2. Do I have to convert to a one car household? Right now we have two, one for me, one for wifey. No budget and I can still have something else for the wife, 911 Turbo. Fast, fun for track days, has a small rear seat, and I can slap snows on it and drive it year round. No budget and I can’t have a 2nd car, some sort of luxury SUV. Probably the Mercedes ML63 AMG. Still decently fast and it can tow my toys around with room for family. My budget and I can have a 2nd car, my GTO. It’s decently practical, fun to drive, and comfortable enough that I wouldn’t start hating it after a couple years. My budget and I can’t have a 2nd car, the new MDX. Again, room for family, can tow my toys, and somewhat fun to drive. :tup: to this thread. Really made me think about cars and what I like about them vs what I need them to do. ---
