What was your most shameless ricer moment? and by ricer i mean something that you think back on and say to yourself… “fuck, what the hell was i thinking??? i now make fun of people for doing that same shit to their cars!!!” – For me, my first car was a 1986 Honda CRX that i should not have purchased… but i had a hard on for it. When i bought it, before i even got it to run, i had taken a hack saw to the shifter and installed a universal Rative aluminum shift knob and HONDA seatbelt pads… i then proceeded to use scotch tape to hold the corner markers in place. it was incredible. not much has changed really… ☹ ---

thankfully i have no pictures of mine, but yea… a grand prix with full rear window sticker, aftermarket fog lights, put silver sticker shit over the entire rocker panel (it was a two tone), and at one point it had 4 12’s in the trunk that rattled like a son of a bitch. edit: forgot it also had neons in the car all over the place at some point… all non hard wired, with like a 6 way splitter for fucking a/c outlet. haha god damnit im lolling thinking about that car. went directly from that to my S14 that was completely clean and “put” and sr20 in it… i dericered fast and hard. 😛 ---

Oh yeah, almost forgot i tried MAKING diamond cut clears on my 96 TL by cutting the amber off of the OEM lights, then replacing it with plexiglass and… aluminum foil. then i tried making a diffuser for the bulb out of paper spray painted silver held in place by twist-ties. I win. ---

1,200 watts of bass coming from my rusty '89 honda prelude. It has some nice 16" gunmetal rota slipstreams and slotted rotors though… and looked like a 4X4 without any type of suspension work :picard: My ears are still paying the price for pounding the bass everywhere I went and I listened to DMX in Amherst thinking I was cool… ---
