Shady call St. Peter’s hospital, ask for Jason Eide (E-dee). I used to work with him there, he does all the medicaid for the hospital. He’s actually a county worker with an office in the hospital, but he’s a good guy, he won’t give you shit and he’ll take care of all that nonsense for you. ---

The worst part is that the “Medicaid Examiner” acctualy signed the paper, it was signed with blue pen… :Idiots ---
