I’ve been a fan of Radiohead since Pablo Honey, have performances with Bjork on VHS, etc… it’s just my opinion that of all the styles and throughout all the transitional albums, OK Computer isn’t the best. The Bends is amazing, so is Kid A, Amnesiac. To each their own, I guess for me at least, OK Computer just has a stigma of being their most pretentious work.

gotcha. i never really gave anything a thorough listen after that album, i wasn’t into the experimental stuff they put out so i kinda let them slip away. i just remember listening to that album when i was 12, and it made me stop listening to snoop dogg and coolio. instantly converted me music wise, and i listened to it again today and thought wow that was an amazing album and it had a huge effect on my life.

Pablo Honey is awful and so is Kid A… The Bends and OK Computer are the best of their collection IMO. Amnesiac has some good tracks but isn’t as good from cover to cover like the 2nd and 3rd album.

Matt:

edited my response to say: “Word, that’s your opinion.”

I won’t be checking the reply till tomorrow morning, but do you like Muse better as a whole than Radiohead? I don’t, just wondering if you do.

2. Rise Against - The Unraveling
3. Strike Anywhere - Chorus Of One
4. The Ataris - Anywhere But Here
5. Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream
