Fell at work on the ice on the walkway. Right leg went almost 180 degrees to the right and I got a spiral fracture in my right leg. 6 screws and a plate in my leg and a torn ligament. Hurts like a M’Fer sometimes even after 3 years. Was not able to walk for 2 months. Pretty much spent all that time on the couch. Almost impossible to go upstairs in my house.
