The clutch is a 240mm 300zx XTD Stage 3 (not recommended due to how easily it glazes over and slips) The internals are all stock, except for the head gasket, and the cometic head gasket does not change the stock compression. Just bolt on parts. stock parts = Camshafts, valve springs, valves, pistons, rods, crank, block, rings, bearings, etc all with around 200,000 miles on them. ---

so u back it down a few psi and get some more life out of it…or u buy a low milage KA for dirt cheap and swap the turbo kit on it…i always said do KA turbo ---

Gets me thinking I should put a turbo on my Ka24e My motor only has 102k I wasn’t thinking of turboing it with such millage, I guess this clip shows how strong they are. ---

after a bunch of internet searching a came up with mu own unofficial outline of boost vs hp, here it is - the cars that were soch are noted in red now obviously each one of these #'s wasnt proven with a posted dyno test sesion, im sure a few were the owners “best guess” and a few were gtech type readings, or estimated using track times… but you can see the general trend as boost goes up the original version had all the known mods noted, but its lost and all i have now is the short version i had postd on ubrf 5psi = 218 whp 6psi: 200rwhp 224 rwtq 6psi = 201whp 268 ft lbs 6psi = 213wrhp 226ftlbs 6psi = 215 whp, 237 tq 6.5psi = 201hp 7.3psi = 188 rwhp & 204 rwtq 7.5psi = 213whp, 238 tq 8psi: 220rwhp 251rwtq 8psi = 237rwhp 8psi = 248rwhp 8psi = 251 rwhp and 256 ft lbs 9psi = 225 rwhp - untuned - sohc 9psi = 232 whp and 254 ftlb 13psi = 288rwhp - sohc 15psi = 350rwhp 17psi = 310 rwhp and 316 tq 17psi = 326whp, 314ft. lbs of torque 17psi = 331hp - sohc 20psi = 314HP/273 on a 106\* day & running 9:1 ratio 22ps1 = 435hp 391tq 22psi 24psi = 390 rwhp and 352 ft.lbs 29psi = 536.50 RWHP & 460.74 tq 30psi = 509rwhp ---

blowby is just how the rings tell you your cylinder is full if you dont have blowby, you dont have enough boost … ---

@ 200k deffinately a “let’s see how much it can take before it blows so we can ge the stock record” kind of runs @ 20% more displacement than the SR (AFIK stock bottom record is 424 whp) it made 24% more power. ---

KA owner-180,000 miles and still running strong 🙂 I always see/hear of these things being little tanks of a 4cy. There’s a 9 second KADET on [ka-t.org](http://ka-t.org). I believe most talk about the 300ish HP range on COMPLETELY stock internals. Awesome stuff.
