i dont remember what page you had all your prices on… but 20 000 sound about right for cheaping out? i think so jason ---

when you think about it, all you have done to your car is put a big turbo in it… like anyone can do that to a car… yeah yeah, you have made some of the other parts strong enough to hold the power, but other than that, you just added a big turbo… isnt that deprssing? ---

Your going to get detonation from the excess heat caused by std’s. Thus causing a burnt piston and a bent rod. Don’t go too big on the overbore. ---

So yeah the whole engine is all together and now i think I am going to pull the heads off again due to seeing a little oil around the headgaskets. I think it was from some oil dripping out of the heads after I lubed up the new lifters and cam lobes. I don’t think it is good to have oil on the permatex on the copper headgaskets and don’t want to chance having a bad seal. Oh well throw another few hours down the drain. ---

I did clean both surfaces very well. However oil dripped through the stud holes as I put the head onto the gasket and I wasn’t aware of until I torqued everything and noticed the fresh oil. I will need to get rid of all the oil in the heads aswell as on the surface before I reassemble. I wonder what the best way to remove the original permatex is? ---

My engine looking at the oil cooler lines (a bit of them) with -10 stainless weld on bungs on the end.
