I’m at work now but if anyone knows of what the first things to check are for when I get home I’d appreciate it. Edit: push in the clutch and it doesn’t come back up ---

Cable snapped or the lock nuts that hold the clutch cable in its properly adjusted location could have loosened. I had an old subaru that the bolts would loosen all the time on and the pedal would stick to the floor. ---
