People need to understand that this is a **PRIVATE** site. You cannot see anything unless you **REGISTER**. When you do decide to register there is a little box that you MUST click that says **“terms and conditions”. Basically the terms and conditions are that the enitre content of this site is NOT the sole responsibility of the site owners themselves or vBulletin/jelsoft. Somethings you consider threats… could be a personal concern of a member. Being the Admin and ‘Owner’ of Nyspeed. You should at least take somethings in consideration… Certain things you think cant touch you being the owner of a forum, are not always true. Trust me., I owned forums with 50,000+ members. Sorta like my situation… I don’t give 2 shits about the FaceBook Lawsuit vs my company being posted. It is public and it was on the news. Shit happens. Reading an article and knowing the truth and facts are two different things. But when you have a member posting other personal information about another member, That’s not public, Infant Info ,Address , other info stirring things up. I take that as a threat… Instead you nor bing respond. Do i really care… No. If someone posted personal info on you,family. sure you wouldn’t like it. Moral of the story is… The bigger the forum gets, the more issues will arise with volume… As for my opinion on you Josh. I do not like you, for my reasons. Esp. when you post in your ’ underground ’ private forum with you and the mods. Its not nice to bash a member and think your really hiding behind a locked private forum … To be honest, i think your gay, its cool. I think you are and so do many others. So don’t let opinions get your butt hurt either… So if your a man, you wont delete this, as there are no threats. All based on certain facts and some opinions. Also, Banning me? that would be pointless as you know i was going to speak my mind in this thread . Plus i took a screen shot so you do not change the story/ ---
