considering its probably half that in parts, I wouldn’t fab an intake like that for someone for less than that price (parts/labor). seems like a good deal to me. If you know how to weld you could do it up for cheaper, but that’s if you can weld.

  • labor (95/hr) so billed is probably .8-1.0 for fitting, welding, etc.

100$ is fair. now if you could TIG weld aluminum then make it yourself, realistically though. how many people could do it themselves? less than an handful of people on here i bet.
