Yeah I just got it. I’m in the process of going through all 1,000+ Mp3’s (which isn’t THAT big of a library) and fixing all the album info and album art. What a pain. lol.

I’ve started to buy music on Amazon since LimeWire has been shut down (not to mention getting audio from YouTube vid’s usually = crappy quality). Amazon has all the info in there already so I don’t have to worry about anything I get from here on out.

It’s usually $0.99 and I used to only download a song or two a week anyway. I don’t get entire CD’s, so I can afford the dollar here or there.

I do the same thing

It’s better, you’re guaranteed an awesome quality file. It’s amazing how much better my Infinity 8spkr system sounds with a REAL 320kbs MP3 as opposed to a “supposed” 320kbps file from Limewire (which if you have a program that shows you the kbps such as Winamp - tends to fluctuate from 128-320). I might not even need to replace my sub now (was planning to get a thin mount one and replace the OEM one).

Variable Bitrate MP3 files have never been good, you can tell by file size quite easily what is what.

Obviously, but I’m just saying. Sometimes, it’s hard to find a new song in good quality on a p2p network. Hence why I decided to start buying songs since I only spend about $3 in value a month anyway.

I hear you there, sometimes the legwork to get quality files is just not worth the hassle vs. paying a buck.
