Just heard back from my friend who’s a Garret dealer. Only the 25xx and 28xx come w/ the 5 bolt exhaust flange and the 28’s are only internally gated unless you buy a different housing. FYI…[COLOR=navy][FONT=&quot][/COLOR][/FONT]
