thanks for letting me come out on such short notice! sorry it took me so long to get on here, as i said i just bought a home… never got around to call twc yet to hook up internet since im still rebuilding after the gut :]
Truck looked really nice for sure. underbody was a little crappy from the rust… especially since you can see it so easily from the lift. But that’s nothing a wire wheel+grinder+paint can’t fix. Truck drove great, just not used to driving up so high! :]
Wasn’t expecting the truck to float over water filled potholes either… scared the shit out of me.
Also got the shit scared out of me when I hit the gas some more and broke the tires free going ~50.
Veg works great, jack went through and explained everything to me in some pretty awesome detail and showed me all the lines and such.
my only concern was the overall reliability of the truck aside from motor/trans as they were just done.
Just random parts and shit breaking and having to take it off the road for a few days to get worked on… as I don’t have a garage good enough to do car work right now… and I don’t want to bug my parents to use theirs!
It’s def a good deal for someone who wants a truck with such mods.
But honestly, if you’re not after a lifted truck with big tires and veg converted… you can find better deals elsewhere.
But if that’s what you want and youre in a good situation to buy, then by all means go for it.
I would, but rennovating the house right now and I want to avoid driving myself in a hole if something unexpected turns up with the house :]
My current offer still stands though jack, if you change your mind for whatever reason.
