The places I looked at that were attached to Motorsports Park Hastings were fantastic, 3 story townhouse, really nicely done, at the track, $140k.
Unfortunately they were in Nebraska.
isn’t it loud as fuck? If that was me i would ban any and all traffic between the hours of 4am and noon.
I’m not really sure. I haven’t actually been there yet. 
I have to get there soon though. Maybe this summer. But I’d imagine that everything is built with tons of insulation and sound deadening shit.
