If you do a lot of full weekend events at the track, this probably comes in quite handy.

It doesn’t even have a kitchen or bathroom (I don’t think). It’s not a house, just a place to hangout at when you’re at the track.
there is a small kitchenette area in the back o the last picture and, EVERY shop I’ve worked at has a bathroom.

Awesometown, MN.
I’d prefer to do it on my own property but that’s because i like my family. I can see how this would be especially appealing to multiple-marriage, American douche-bags… there is an endless market out there in fact
This is like heaven for Newman actually. (douche bag as a term of endearment of course)… Maybe MPD too…

My uncle lives on a private airport in Texas, and his garage is the plane hanger. The house above it is so gorgeous.

This + at a race track = heaven.
The places I looked at that were attached to Motorsports Park Hastings were fantastic, 3 story townhouse, really nicely done, at the track, $140k.
Unfortunately they were in Nebraska.

I’m not really sure. I haven’t actually been there yet. I have to get there soon though. Maybe this summer. But I’d imagine that everything is built with tons of insulation and sound deadening shit.
