Second degree robbery is a class c felony.
If he had a weapon, and held the place up, he wouldnt be on shift right now posting… he would be behind bars…
petty larceny could be stealing a back of gum, or a laptop from Best Buy. wrong is wrong, not denying that, but yapping about weapons is a whole new can of worms.
