its probably the brand of phone she has. perhaps it doesnt take the pictures in a compatible image for your phone to read. resolution maybe? Have her change the picture sizing

Yep. My fiance wanted a RAZR, but thank God she didn’t put up much of a fight when I wouldn’t let her get one. No way was I going to deal with that shit.
