Machine shops don’t make sheet metal parts believe it or not. and it took alot more than 10 minutes to make these. It took rob a couple hours to mock it all up then a couple hours to draw it and cut the first one. Now it doesnt take much time but ya it is worth the money.

7 mins of work? ok man lets see you get this made FROM scratch in seven minutes…also #4 finish stainless steel is not very cheap and plus the gas used on the cnc plasma costs money to…i am making money yes but you have to factor in the amount of time i spent drawing it and etc etc!

better bust out your tin snips and get cutting unless you have a cnc turret press or cnc laser handy you wont get to far in ten mins!

Ya Im with Rob on this one. Go ahead with the tin snip’s if you really want… Ive seen Robs in person and they are sexy and fit right!!!
I run a CNC plasma table . no tin snips needed here :E. if you have a 240 to measure from it shouldn’t take more then 15 mins to draw in auto cad and if you dont have auto cad take 20-35 mins to program in G code.
So Yes after the initial Drawing I do have a very accurate idea of how long it takes to cut and i am being generous on how much time it takes to make. :finga:

liek mike said…cool it in here…thats great you can run a cnc plasma, so can i! so what your saying is you will get the panel made PERFECT the very first try you take a shot at it? it takes no longer then 30 seconds the cut the parts out and it took me about an hour to draw the panel in inventor…it dont take very long at all but man you are acting like a 2 year old coming into MY thread and saying your quite usless post about (wow your Deff making money off these. for 7 mins of work) well if i am making so much money and its such a good thing then why didnt you make it or try to make anything for the good people on this forum? oh thats right its to easy to do so i guess i wont do it at all!

it just kinda pisses me off sometimes when you work to make stuff and help people out and someone has to come along and be a dink! kinda pointless…i shipped the panels with the protective plastic still on so you will have to pull it off the reveal the finish!
