ESTI EFFU makes more sense. TY is pronounced Tie or is an abbr for Thank You. Once someone said ESTI to themselves I’m sure they’d realize EFFU is pronounced Eff Yoo and not Effoo.
This would fit and pass the test, plus it has room for a space so it’s broken up the way you wanted it. For some reason I also like having “tea” in there to make it more confusing to the uninformed while still easy to sound out.
