i think it’s a skyline front on another car…

and i think all old japanese cars had wing mirrors.

a lot of them did, which does throw me for a loop, also I can’t imagine someone putting a toyota inline 6 in a car that is not a toyota, especially something old like that, if it was a nissan I would imagine the rb would get put in.
