It shows extreme ignorance as well as a stereotypical American scapegoat mentality to blame this wholly on Bush.

He’s at fault, Clinton’s at fault, Reagan’s at fault, Hoover’s at fault, FDR’s at fault, Nixon’s at fault, Greenspan’s at fault, Bernanke’s at fault, and the majority of congressmen of the past 95 years are at fault. Capitalism without oversight is just as flawed as communism.
