Yes they do. Acer is not too too bad, I would go with an HP over any of them. In the last year, HP has really stepped it up in terms of quality in thier notebooks. Dell is always there too but is quite pricey.
nice laptop but the carbon fiber cover has little, if anything, to do with the weight of that notebook. The body plastic is just as light as the carbon… and there is very little of it. Most of the weight comes from whats inside.
I think you are wasting a extra $1000 on bling carbon BS and a Ferrari Logo but whatever… ppl can do what they like.
HP computers are horrible period. will take a lot to convince me they are not
Computers - yes
Notebooks - definately not bad
why would there be such a big quality diff btwn notebooks n desktops?
Actually the new compaq/hp DX5150Mt is one of the best desktops ive seen in while from them, we use them here at dunlop
AMD 64, all SATA
all for under 600 bucks.
you obviously havent seen or used any of the new ones then.
^^no i havent and i will not cause i have always been turned off by them, my opinion is now horribly biased only thing i will buy hp is printer
:word: so true, but no i want to buy carcon fiber stick-on paper and put it on the front of my laptop with a BMW logo!
