I’m gonna guess that the complete lack of any kind of fenders makes it unable to be driven legally on the road… lol
it does come with a clear title 
but yeah, no fenders, turn signals, doors, windshield, etc… makes it a little hard to get an inspection.
I do have a trailer i could sell with it for more cash.
