Corrected, whatevs. It’s been 2+ years since I’ve been under a 240. So yes, it connects the tension rod brackets. The pic in the link I sent should illustrate.
I purchased the item from Phase 2 Motortrend. According to the product page, it will fit on both the S13 and S14.
