They look exactly the same as the domestic Zenki LE fog lights. Is there anything different that you know of?

Not sure about the differences other than its JDM tight and you can tell your friends its “JDM”. Sorry

Do I need anything else to mount them? My car is an LE and is supposed to have foglights but doesn’t (still has the fogs control on the stalk and probably still has the wiring).

no, it comes with brackets/stock mounting kit. just screw it on.
