I don’t think I could make 350AWHP unless I pulled the intake pipe off the TB. :lol
+1
yah…on drag radials…your talking about that Trans am.
and he told me he had FULL exhaust, when he went 12.5’s…so which is it?
The LS1 overpowered the dyno and it produced inaccurate numbers. Possible!
Actually, he is talking about stock. :ninja
we were ripping that poor car all over, stock 10bolt with a clutch, DR’s longtubes and the LS6 manifold. launching her hard…now its got a moser 9", viper gears and getting juice soon.
also is caged, seats, suspension, getting a big motor and an F1R or F2R also. :ohnoes
Morgans dyno is an lsx slayer
:ohnoes
lsx ftw
That is a ridiculous question.
:rofl!!!
that ss in the video you posted is heads+cam and trapping 118 so you will be a fair amount slower then the gold/silver one in the video no?
my car would dyno low 320s-330s but i am still quicker than the ls6 :nana
I must be one of the only lsx’s that has a decent platform
He has the LS6 heads so little need to upgrade. 400+whp has been made with just a cam swap on stock LS1 heads. I think I know the cam he is looking at and its a proven 400+whp on stock engine with headers. no worries :nod
hmmm.
Stall converter FTMFW!
most decent cams for ls1’s make 400rwhp with stock heads, nothing new there, a lot of stock internal ls1’s are dynoing 350-360rwhp, but the numbers really dont mean much unless you can get the car down the track
And you have to keep inside a narrow powerband limited at 6800 by stock rods that was created by an insanely aggressive cam. 4000+ stall or 4:10s are nice
Just don’t go to redline
:ssh
you getting on benny
