edit: did bill schimmel (sp) build your block? he has built some badass vr’s… i was in talks with him to build my motor a few years back, but then i realized how much it would cost, and kind of lost intrest.
nothing beats the sound of a vr… i miss mine sometimes.
yeah the block is a schimmel built 3.0L
just wait for the season to start to see the new cars that all of us SP guys are building…could you say 1000+hp mk3 jetta??? 
plus more cars with a minimum of 500hp.
