Spray paint it the colors you want and hang it up! I painted almost all the fans in my house and they look great. Much better then spending $150+ on a new one.
How did you get wear on the blades like that. Were you chopping vegetables with it? 
I can remember changing my shirt in the living room of my parent’s house when I lived there and hitting my hand against the blades often enough that I should have learned haha.
