That is insane looking. Hopefully we will see that (or something like it) produced.
The first two shots made me want this to be the next Batmobile, if there ever is a need for another Batmobile.
ugh… God I love Lambo. A company that still has a pair.
Ugh, ruined my keyboard…
They are only producing 4 or 6 of them and all aresold already… but yeah its fucking dirrrtttyyy.
has the aventador been on top gear yet?
any real good reviews of it that can be watched?
*edit… i didnt realize i had already seen it
ugh that beautiful sound…
Thrust mode launch… love this sound!
Am I the only one that thinks that for $4M 740 horse is shitty?
Slap a turbo kit on a civic and crank the boost for 740 hp. That’s NOWHERE NEAR the point. What exactly is your point here?
I know it’s about more than power but 4 million? This thing should easily be above 1000 horse factory. Esp if Buggati can do it. Just my opinion.
I get what you’re saying, don’t get me wrong. 4 mil for a car is insane… but you are paying for so many things outside of just an arbitrary HP #. It’s a god damn space ship damnit, and a fucking exclusive one at that. If I was an oil sheekh… maybe.
Just listen to this…
Looks pretty wild, looks like they made it a lot wider.
Wider and lower with air suspension.
how good is air susp these days? used to be just for silly show cars but pretty sure nowadays it can be pretty competitive no?
Liberty Walk is form over function for sure but such a statement car that Aventador is now… It’s not like you buy them to track anyways.
Isn’t it some sort of magnetic-ride system that raises and lowers the car, not air suspension? A lot of newer super/hypercars can raise and lower themselves for speed bumps and steep driveways.
Edit, yes:
That gold collar beneath the spring (beneath from a line-of-force standpoint) is a hydraulic lifting mechanism that allows the driver to raise the front of the car to keep the nose from augering in to driveway cuts and parking curbs.

Josh that video blew my head phones out! Thing almost looks too wide for a lane.
