This is awesome and definitely would have loved to see this in person!
 Good stuff.
Nice to shoot the shit for a bit yesterday.
Always a pleasure, Luke…thanks again for the dryer!
Glad you guys like the shots. It was a great trip, and a must for any car guy to check out someday…
If you had posted 32 pictures I wouldn’t have viewed the thread.
Kick ass
That had to have been a blast, Joe!
I can only imagine the noises from all those awesome cars.
Also, to your dad making it, that had to be very cool.
I’d say that while lotus owners might be a very NICE group of guys, as far as being good “car guys” they’re some of the WORST. So many are just the biggest dorky losers.
All hail Newman!
Anyway, I saw a few older Elans rolling down the 76 in PA on Friday, now I know what they were up to. Looks like a good time.
X…
Had I known, I would have come to check it out, it being only 45 mins from me.
That’s just simply not true, especially among other exotic car brands.
Edit, to Christian.
Maybe compared to other exotics, sure. But come on so many of these guys are just horrible. They are so unwilling to just TRY things, everything needs to be handed to them. 5 page write-ups to install an intake. Just so lame…
There are people who need a write-up on how to jack up the goddamn car.
Anyway, like I said, a lot of the guys are super super nice and want to be helpful, it’s just not a community rich with very much knowledge, which is what makes a good “car guy”.
I personally don’t know anyone with a Lotus that doesn’t wrench on it themselves.
Brown Europa! Don’t see too many of them. on the pics
I didn’t know that there was so many of them in town until a BUNCH of them showed up at the Glen Region Solo event! It was a good event, 62 drivers 8 runs and still had time for some fun runs!

Nice shots!. Didn’t know that the Cortina ran the auto-x!
Looks like a great time and turnout!! Love the Glen, was there the weekend prior with a PCA group. Need to catch up, Joe!
