Last week was my last week at CARSTAR.
I’m now a partner in a new company with a compensation plan that could be 2 or 3 becks more than prior. slept in an extra hour this morning, working from home, making my own schedule… weeeee

Sounds like a sweet gig. Is that compensation plan really boom or bust or are you guaranteed some becks with the chance to make more if you kick ass?
Work is sending my team and I to Vegas for a week and paying for everything.
Been traveling all over the place so far this year :tup:
Work is also on track to hit some huge profit goals which should make profit sharing fun at the end of the year.

I always hated leveraging other job offers for this.
~285,000 employees. I think I’ll be OK. Other company was ~15,000. That said, the promotion was on the same floor in the same finance department, just with a different manager, so I’m not exactly moving far :lol:
