Sounds like you might need a really good plant/operations manager. 
All joking aside I am sure the stress is unreal. I know mine is many days and its not my business that I run. I am sure that makes it even harder and more personal.
It is tough. I don’t usually complain because I realize how fortunate I am but it really got to me last night.
