^ Nope, they’ve already got the music thing going. THey just need to focus on that. Make a social music network. They’ll also need something like last.fm has with their scrobbler. Track all your music plays no matter which client you have. Share videos, tracks, playlists, etc. Bands would have their tour on there that you could add to any calendar, (Gmail, iCal, Outlook, Facebook Evenets, etc.)
They should call it “spotify.”
Sportify sucks. The actual client is terrible.
I really think they are different market I think. They understood that the user count on Facebook as a social network is not something to compete against but if they launch themselves as a new idea such as a music website, they may stand a chance.
yeah i didn’t realize they had such a music community. admittedly, I didn’t even watch the video lol
Yeah even in their hayday they had the social music scene down pretty good. They still have a great handle on it today as far as band pages.
