like anything else, you can boost them. Ive never seen or heard of an aftermarket block?
when i blew mine, i got the replacement for $550. It was cheaper to replace it than rebuild. I have heard of having them mounted in rwd apps, but if i remember correctly, only mantapart made the right plate to mount it? I’m sure you could fab one? why exactly would you use a 2.4?
If it is an option, the eco is much more boost friendly than the 2.4…
the 2.2 ohv is junk. a 50 shot should make it as fast as the 2.4’s, but then its maxed out
