It’s probably because I always liked Supra’s I bought one? Noone expects my car to be fast, its basically stock on the outside sans an intercooler.
I wouldn’t say its easy to build a 9 second anything, or cheap for that matter. Car alone is 30K usually, so add another 20-30K for 700-800hp.
