Umm NO!
Why do ppl CONSTANTLY, 6 yrs later STILL say that.
ALL 99-00 Civic Coupes came with these tail lights, trim level made no difference.
96-98 Civic Coupes were red/amber.
So this would be a nice upgrade for someone with a 96-98 coupe since these will bolt right in.
