AMBRIDGE — An Ambridge Area High School freshman has been expelled for selling marijuana near school property, borough police said.
Ambridge Patrolman Zadock Dismuke reported he was in an unmarked police car watching school traffic around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at 10th Street and Duss Avenue when he noticed Kendall S. Liggens, 18, of 118 Crestview Village, Ambridge, leave the high school and cross the avenue to a waiting 15-year-old girl, also an Ambridge student.
