Im pretty sure you can get the camera setup and install it like factory even if the truck didnt come with it. If I remember right the camera is in the emblem.

Its in the handle. I have an 04 F250 and I am looking to upgrade to a newer tailgate all together…

if youll pay top dollar why dont you just go to a ford dealership and buy one?

they are not available yet through Ford… I tried and they could not even get me pricing…
