ya i talked to that kid…he acted like he was an “original gangsta”:tool: and he told me that he did a compression check on the z6 before he pulled it out and it was 195psi on all four w/96k on the ticker…i did some research and it looks like the d16z6 are 9.3:1 CR w/184psi being high and 140 low. So i think hes smoking crack. Unless there were hicomp pistons or the head was decked and if thats the case i dont want the motor…But thanks for the info!

you can hook jumper cables up tot he starter and turn the motor over out fo the car and compression test it. thats if the tranny is still bolted on
