no its not that bad. brand new tires came with the rims. theres a ton of people running a 4.5 with a 160 a 150 tire is kind of hard to find and a 140 is just way to small

As for getting the dents out, i would say use a pin-welder, and t-handle the dents out. Can be found at any decent body shop.
