Great link. I remember going there as a little kid. Cool to know the history of the place. I also remember trying to fall asleep with the sounds of Heidelberg (sp?) raceway echoing.

Hey guys went to PrP today for Nostalgia Drags they had 8 old school funny cars and about a 1/2 dozen front engine dragsters. It was a good time . Made some new friends and saw some very cool old rides that still get up and get it done. here are some pics. excuse the quality just a little point and shoot cam.
About 2 mins after I took this Pic of the Visionary dragster the cars chute didnt open and he hit the sand and went about 20ft in

Made some new friends …Lance is a nice guy from Jeanette running this 79 dodge omni Sharkys’ Machine ran Dazed and Confused a 69 camaro
It was a great day.The cars were awesome I had’nt seen funny cars run since I was a kid. Also P.I.D. had a large collection of nostalgia Photos on display. It was really cool…I’ll leave you with a shot fron inside Sharkys’ Machine.
