Well it’s neat because all of the pictures used to make picard, are picarding. But the actual execution of the idea is a 5/10 at best.
There is software that will put these together for you. You gather together the pictures you want to use, then you show it what picture you want to recreate using those pictures, and it does it for you automatically.
