I have liability only and its 200 a YEAR! I personally feel if you have self control (a lot of it), you can ride it safely. Most accidents are riders fault, not fault of the bike. Stay in the speed limit and take it to the track if you want to goose the throttle. Oh yea, new price!
A new rider doesn’t have the throttle control to safely ride a liter bike around town. They’re not smooth enough to be able to take 90 degree turns without running wide or high siding. Liter bikes aren’t very forgiving if you give it too much throttle.
