i have a 1993 Arctic Cat ext 550 efi that has a damaged tunnel and chain case. let me know what you are looking for, sled still ran after damage and compression is good in both cylinders. all suspension is in good shape and exhaust has no damage. clutches are also in good shape. let me know what you are looking for or i will take offers on it as a whole the way it sits.

post pics of the damage. I’m assuming you struck an object that damaged the tunnel and case from below.
worst comes to worst i can change it over to fan cooled…won’t be as fast but wtf it’d be nice to have a 2nd sled for people to fuck around on…
hard to show in picture, sled was struck from right side and pushed the chaincase like an inch to the left, it could probably be just hammered back if the chaincase and driveshaft was removed.
