1995 Impala SS's V. drivetrain.

What can people tell me here about the drivetrain from the 1995 model year of the Impala SS’s when it comes to the drivetrain…

Things i have found out thus far.

They are LT-1’s ,
Theyre Iron heads with slightly lower compression.

now questions i do have. Is the rear axle a 8.5 10 bolt? If so how strong are they?
Is the tranny just a good ole 4l60e?

From what I know it is all your normal Camaro drivetrain, LT1 4L60 and a 10bolt thats just as weak as the rest.
