1evilzr1: 2009 Corvette ZR1

Thanks for the photo comments everyone!

lol, almost looks like the one in your signature pic. :thumbup

Thanks! If you ever get sick of the car, feel free to give me the keys :excited

I dunno, I think the C6 interiors are pretty nice. They have improved drastically over the C4/C5 I think.

It was an obvious joke, the C5/C6 interior is fine, not great by any means but it’s the only thing that people with under-performing cars can pick on.

Actually, many magazines who do comparison tests also think the interior is the only weak point on the ZR1’s. I concur.

i wouldnt care if my zr1 had milk crates for seats, the car is sick either way and i didnt buy it b/c i wanted a super insane interior. But…i am kinda thinking about getting these with blue stitching…http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c6-corvette-zr1/2600644-another-set-of-daytona-seats-in-zr1.html

Do it. Those seats look great, and should hold you in well.

I care a lot about interiors cuz that’s where you spend most of your time. i need to be comfortable driving the car and have all the amenities. All of my cars have heated seats, and my GTR even has cooled seats (fan is right under the balls, mind you). They also need to be able to hold you in well around corners. Side bolster support is extremely important. Many comparative tests say the stock ZR1 seats provide little to no lateral support.

Definitely get those seats with the blue stitching would set it off very nice!

i think you may need to learn how to read man, i didn’t say anything about the wheels, and i don’t think the car should get slammed to the ground, just take out that 1/4"-1/2" of wheel well gap that it has in the pics, and imo (in my opinion in case people forget what that means) it would look perfect from an exterior stand point, obviously it’s not my car and tony should do what ever the hell he pleases with it, even if that was lifting it up on a truck frame with 44" mudders

Hey dont get fucking loud with me elliot!

YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ

Wasn’t implying that you were talking about the wheels, maybe I made that statement a little to bold, just saying IMO :lol I think it looks fine with that bit of gap, its not one of those vehicles where it has to be all flush n shit.

:hug

Now take it like a man!

Zr1 is going to be one of those legendary cars that does huge things.

saw this car fri night, amazing. for most ppl esp. gm guys, it doesnt get better than that car, nice ride tonE, wanan trade for a low mile 00 SS camaro?? hahaaa

I agree 100 percent that my C5Z seats SUCK. BAD. They are the only thing that I want to change on the car.

I like them as far as OEM wheels are concerned.

After staring at the higher-res pictures on KBB’s flickr, I suppose the wheels aren’t as bad as I had initially thought. Once I saw the 360 forged logo, actually, is what made me realize that they are in fact a baller set of wheels. :number1

Easy there Shader, I still like the OEM polished GM wheels better. :lol

those are pretty nasty. gotta do the steering wheel too! :excited

^ yah im really thinking about it, pretty much the outside is done, the engine is close to being done (for now) and i think the seats would really set it off…

Those seats are sick but fuck they are expensive. I’d be doing some sparcos with a carbon fiber back ( think 997t) but what do I know!!

they are expensive forsure, but anything that involves zr1 is going to be wayyy more expensive than they should be. And those seats are not even an extra set, they modify the stockers into those!

Holy fuck those seats look awesome

and holy fuck at the price

could you just get stock C6Z seats and have them modified? or do they have to be the ZR1 seats?
