I have 2 steel wheels off a 97 Ford Ranger, they fit rangers up to 97. They will not fit 98+ rangers.
Craigslist ad said they were 5x100 and I got there and the guy told me they were from a Ranger. Nice. I wanted the snows that were on them so I bought them.
Not sure what else they will fit but I will test fit them for anyone who is interested.
